Adding additional users to your account

            SourceDogg is one stop solution for decentralized companies to keep their data centralized.

            SourceDogg accounts allow for multiple users, giving the ability to collaborate on projects and making sure that all team members have access to the information required.

            Every user has access to the account from their own secured profile; and the account can be accessed by all users at the same time from various machines and locations.
            To add additional users to your SourceDogg account, please follow the steps below.

            Access the ‘Settings’ menu by clicking on your name at the very top right corner of the screen, and selecting ‘Settings’.

            The different settings menus available will be displayed on the left.

            To go to users’ section, please select ‘Users’.

            This section gives you visibility of all Users created within your organisation SourceDogg account.

            Here, User accounts can be edited by Admin users via the cog icon on the right hand side of the User Name. This allows: Edit User details, Reset Password and Deactivate User.

            To add a new User, click the ‘Create User’ button.

            The following form will then need to be completed. When the form is complete, click the ‘Create’ button to apply changes.

            Once the above actions are complete, New User will receive an email to create a password and once this is done, New User will be able to login in to organisation SourceDogg account.

            Important Note - Password requirements:

            -          At least eight characters
            -          At least one CAPITAL LETTER
            -          At least 1 digit
